However, someone might say that do some exercise is the best way to release the pressure. But there is one thing must be noticed, that is doing exercise is a sport that needs physical strength, which means students might be too tire to study after doing exercise. It can’t be like an internet game, to improve relaxation and concentration and enhance your mood at the same time.
